Initp  Setting Procedure

It is possible to customize the observing procedure in several ways. This is a common example :

The "procfile" file is located in the directory usr2/proc and contains all the procedures that will be used during the observation.

The "logfile" file is located in the directory usr2/log and contains the observed  (output)
