From Bologna: Turn into the State Road 253 (via San Vitale) in the direction of Ravenna (exit 11bis of the Bologna bypass). Cover nearly 20 km. After 1 km from the Fossatone hamlet turn to the left at the first crossing marked by the sign "Fiorentina e Radiotelescopi". After nearly 1 Km there is a roundabout : follow the sign "Radiotelescopi". After nearly 4.5 Km turn to the right, following the sign "Radiotelescopi e Centro Visite".

From Rimini-Imola: From the route A14 exit at Castel S. Pietro Terme. After the tollbooth turn to the right in direction of Medicina. Go ahead along the main road - called "via Nuova S.Carlo" - until you reach its end, where you are inserted into the "Trasversale di Pianura", towards Budrio. After about 1 Km there is a roundabout: turn right (first exit) ans follow the signs to the Radiotelescope Station. After nearly 4.5 Km turn to the right, following the sign "Radiotelescopi e Centro Visite".

After 2 km from the "Crocetta" hamlet turn to the right and turn into the provincial road SP3 (Trasversale di Pianura), marked by the signs "Radiotelescopi" and "Budrio". From Milan: From the route A1, exit at the junction Bologna-Borgo Panigale and turn into the route A14 in the direction of Ancona. Exit at Castel S. Pietro Terme. After the tollbooth turn to the right in direction of Medicina.
